UBC区校园浸信会（U-Campus Baptist Church，简称UCBC）成立于2009年，是一所以华人为主、持守传统福音为宗旨的教会。该教会位于BC 大学校园附近, 致力于服事华人家庭, 承担向社区传福音的异象和使命; 持守圣经真理, 重视属灵造就和讲台信息。鉴于需要，现寻求一位有经验的全职牧师前来带领和牧养教会。
主要职责：
主日证道; 牧养关怀; 承担属灵教导, 开展门徒培训；规划教会目标并参与教会各项事工；持守真理, 带领会众建立纯正的基督信仰根基；与执事会一起带领同工团队推动教会异象与各项事工。
期望具备：
1. 受过正规的福音派神学装备和训练
2. 有两年以上牧会和管理教会的经验
3. 持守圣经真理, 有讲道与教导的恩赐
4. 能带领同工团队合一地建造教会，培训门徒共同参与大使命
5. 国语流利, 英文能沟通
待遇：参照加西浸信会联会的牧者待遇标准

Full-Time Pastor Position
Church Overview
U-Campus Baptist Church (UCBC) was founded in 2009. It is a Chinese-majority evangelical church that upholds the authority of the Bible and the gospel of Jesus Christ. Located near the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, the church is dedicated to serving Chinese families and carrying out the vision and mission of sharing the gospel in the community. UCBC emphasizes sound biblical teaching, spiritual formation, and Christ-centered preaching. In response to the needs of the congregation, we are prayerfully seeking an experienced full-time pastor to shepherd and lead the church.
Primary Responsibilities:
- To provide scripture-based preaching during Sunday worship services
- To provide pastoral care and shepherding to members
- To teach Sunday school and provide training to disciples through spiritual instruction, emphasizing members’ growth in Christ
- To develop ministry goals and participate in church ministries
- To keep the biblical truth and guide the congregation in building a solid foundation in Christian faith
- To collaborate with the deacon board to lead ministry teams in advancing the church’s vision and mission
Qualifications:
- Formal theological training from an evangelical seminary
- Minimum of two years of pastoral and church leadership experience
- Firm commitment to biblical truth; gifted in preaching and teaching
- Proven ability to lead ministry teams in unity, disciple believers, and equip the church to fulfill the Great Commission
- Fluent in Mandarin; functional communication skills in English
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on the salary guidelines of the Canadian Baptists of Western Canada for pastors.
